  • Intake Fee: $250 — paid when you sign the agreement to start your search. This fee is credited toward your placement fee.

    Placement Fee: 15% of the nanny’s annual compensation
    Minimum Fee: $6,000 — ensures a full-time, professional placement, not short-term or part-time arrangements.

    Minimum Hourly Rate: $20/hour — we only place professional nannies, ensuring quality and reliability for your household.

    The placement fee is due only when you hire a nanny, giving you peace of mind and full transparency.

  • 90-Day Placement Guarantee
    If a placement ends within 90 days due to resignation or incompatibility, we provide one replacement search at no additional placement fee.

    Exclusions apply for changes in schedule, compensation, relocation, or circumstances beyond our control .
