Hello there, I’m Camila, the founder of Gentle Palms. Originally from Brazil, I’m happily married and living in sunny Florida!

I’ve spent over eight years working as a professional nanny with families across Southwest Florida, and along the way, I noticed a big challenge: the struggle families often have to find a nanny they can truly trust or one who’s the right fit, while nannies sometimes have tough experiences.

That’s why I decided to step in and create Gentle Palms, to bring my experience to both sides and make the process smoother, safer, and more thoughtful.

Having worked with families of all sizes, schedules, and children’s ages, I’ve learned what makes a family truly happy with their nanny: reliability, professionalism, and someone who genuinely connects with their kids.

I use what I’ve learned to make sure families feel confident about their choice and nannies feel happy and supported.
